Going back to work has taken a toll on this pregnant body. I am soooo tired at the end of the day that all I want to do is lay around and watch TV. Now this has only happened a few times because I come home and have things to do around my house. I feel soooo overwhelmed with "stuff" to finish in the next few weeks. I'm trying to get all of my lesson plans together for my sub at school and organize my classroom. At home, I'm trying to finish the nursery and get my house organized so that Lynn and my mom (and whoever helps out) can easily find things after the babies arrive. This is probably the "nesting" phase that I'm going through!
The nursery is still underway. I think that my bedding and curtains will be finished in the next week and hopefully I will get the rest of the art for the walls. I can't wait to finish!
Also, I'm pretty excited about my shower this weekend! I had to buy a new dress because I have outgrown most of my maternity clothes....Yikes!
FIVE MORE WEEKS!! I'm only planning on working a few more weeks..... depending on how my body holds out. Right now.... I'm walking very slow and sitting a lot, but it is definitely helping the time go a lot faster. However........ I'm fading fast. I have a Dr.'s appointment on Friday, so I will update the blog and post my 33 week pic of my large-and-in-charge body.
Oh and on a lighter note.... college football starts in one week! MSU vs. Memphis next Thursday!! Go Dawgs!!

30 Week Update
30 Weeks- Can't believe that in 8 weeks or less we will have two babies! I'm going to the Dr. every two weeks now, so on Monday I should have an idea of how they are growing. Two and a half weeks ago they were 2 lb 3 oz and 2 lb 8 oz. So, I'm hoping that they are around 3 pounds each by tomorrow. I certainly feel like I have grown a few pounds!
We had a pretty low key weekend. Last weekend was our first shower @ Ingomar (my hometown friends gave me an awesome shower that I will post about soon!) We got so many nice things! Lynn and I took a lot of time this weekend to put together some of the toys/ gear and organize their new things!
Fletcher is not exactly sure what's going on and thought that maybe all of these new toys were for him. He's a tad confused! I think that we are going to have to watch him extra carefully until the "new" has worn off or we might find him napping in the "bouncy seat"!
Our Little Lamb swing and bouncy!

I was starting to get a little cabin fever by Saturday afternoon and even though there has been a heat wave that has blown through Memphis, I asked Lynn if I could ride in the cart with him when he played golf on Saturday evening. It was so hot, but I was just glad to get out of the house.
Also, my thoughts and prayers have been with my brother in law, Sammy, this week. He had heart failure and had to have emergency open heart surgery. My sister and family are in Baton Rouge with him. Praying for a speedy recovery and for him to come home soon.
